Baby Swim teaches you to be a guide helping parents work on swim skills with their children. Due to the very nature of the title, you will be learning how to handle babies in the water. The key ingredients of Baby Swim is patience, quick reflexes and understanding how children think. Baby Swim also requires skilled communication with parents.
Swim Teacher Level 1 is the first step in the Certified Swim Teacher (CST) system and will prepare you to teach beginner swimmers from ages 3 to 17. The focus is on safety in and around the water and setting the foundations for individual Swim Styles.
Swim Teacher Level 2 is the second step in the Certified Swim Teacher (CST) system and an extension of Swim Level 1. This program is for swimmers ages 5 to 17. The focus is on the skills you will teach. Teacher Level 2 begins with the introduction of new strokes, both competitive and recreational.
